Five major inspection items for the disc feeder before operation
1) Check if all fastening bolts are loose.
2) Check if all lubrication points of the disc feeder are in good condition.
3) Check the tightness of the triangular belt and whether there is any breakage.
4) Check if the coupling is in good condition and undamaged.
5) Check that the gate, scraper, adjusting screw rod, and scraper must not collide with the inner lining of the disc.
